Established in 2008, Oyster Search & Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.

We are currently recruiting for an interim HR Advisor on behalf of a new client in the Legal sector for a period of maternity leave, commencing in July.

Part of a small, close-knit team, you will provide support to the fee earners in the London office by coordinating, for example, fee earner onboarding and departures, visas and immigration, performance evaluations, leave administration, mentorship programmes and engagement programmes.

This role would best suit an HR professional with at least four years HR experience in a law firm (or possibly, another professional services firm), and excellent organisational and team working skills.
