An Interim HR Advisor to:
- Advise on employment policies and practices- Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, managing interviews, and onboarding new hires- Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data
- Handle employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary, and performance management.
- Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
- Support with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary
Profile
- Proven experience in a HR advisory role, managing employee relations cases and building strong working relationships
- Strong understanding of employment law and best practices
- Experience in a similar role
Job Offer
£35,000 per annum
