Description
An interim HR Advisor to:
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Participate in the recruitment process, including posting jobs and conducting interviews
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
- Participate in performance evaluation processes
- Comply with all statutory regulations
Profile
The successful HR Advisor should have:
- Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures and policies
- Education experience
- Proficiency in employment law
- Able to start immediately
- CIPD Level 5 desirable
Job Offer
