An Interim HR Officer to:

- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies and shortlisting applicants- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate employee records- Contributing to policy and procedure development within the HR team- Coordinate staff training and development activities- Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary issues- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment law and sector standards- Support additional HR projects as required
