Description
A Interim Senior HR Advisor to:
- Lead on a backlog of employee relations casework
- Lead on disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, probation and restructures
- Roughly 20-25 live cases
- Provide advise and guidance to managers
Profile
A Interim Senior HR Advisor with:
- Previous employee relations experience
- Previous experience within higher education or the private sector desirable
- Ability to start immediately
- Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
- Previous experience supporting organisations through change management desirable
Job Offer
Interim Senior HR Advisor
Day rate equivalent of 45,000
Able to start immediately
London based with hybrid working
4 day working week could be a considered working pattern
