A Part-time Senior HR Advisor to:

  • Provide expert HR advice to line managers and staff

  • Partner with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Support the HR team in actioning the strategic plan, organisation strategy and EDI strategy
  • Promote best HR practices within the organisation

  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes

  • Handle employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices

  • Comply with all regulations and legislation related to HR

Profile

A Part-time Senior HR Advisor with:
