This global architecture studio have designed some of the UK's and the worlds most iconic buildings. They are located in the heart of the design and creative hub that is Clerkenwell and offer flexible/hybrid working and the chance to work among some of the best talent.As a P&T Advisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organisation by providing HR advice and administrative support. You will have the opportunity to work closely with managers, employees, and various departments, making a real impact on talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll management and more. You will also oversee a HR Coordinator, managing and mentoring them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent acquisition and recruitment - manage this process from end to end
  • Immigration and International Transfers - coordinate and manage visa applications, working closely with immigration law solicitors to ensure legal compliance.
  • Payroll Management - oversee the monthly payroll process for the relevant business unit.
  • Talent Management / Employee Relations - provide guidance to colleagues and leaders on HR policies, including flexible working requests, various types of leave, performance management, and more.
  • HR Operations - ensure all administration processes are completed accurately and on time. Be the point of contact for employee queries, handle absence reporting and management, and offer guidance on benefit provisions.
  • Project Work - contribute to policy review and creation. You will also have the opportunity to manage and support various projects across the team.

Skills and Experience

  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies (international knowledge is desirable)
  • Experience working with the architecture, design or creative industries would be highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in payroll processes and procedures
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and similar functions
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A customer-oriented mindset, always striving to deliver the best experience
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude and integrity
