  • Managing multiple searches across varied roles and departments while delivering to tight deadlines

About You:

  • You're experienced in both corporate and/or agency non-technical recruiting, with a track record of sourcing and full lifecycle hiring
  • You're highly organised, metrics-driven, and thrive in high-performance environments
  • You're confident setting benchmarks, influencing stakeholders, and juggling multiple priorities
  • You bring creativity and persistence to candidate generation and talent sourcing initiatives
  • You have hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, resume databases, and spreadsheets
  • You're an excellent communicator who knows how to push back when needed and deliver a top-tier candidate experience
