We are looking for a full cycle Recruiter for an immediate 3-month (minimum) contract. This is a busy internal role where you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring across all head office departments.

We are particularly keen to speak to Recruiters with both technical and finance related recruitment experience.

Working alongside one other in the recruitment team you will be collaborating with department managers to fill immediate vacancies while proactively identifying future hiring needs and building those talent pools. You will need experience of attracting candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals as well as being comfortable with reaching out to passive job seekers and headhunting on occasion.

** for this role you must be able to start a new contract immediately and be happy to work centrally in London 2 days per week**

Other daily responsibilities will include;

  • Create and update job descriptions and job specifications used internally and externally
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and other associated media
  • Act as a point of contact to build future talent pipelines during the selection process
  • Screen candidates to assess suitability before shortlisting
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Conduct interviews in partnership with hiring managers
  • Manage the entire interview process from an administrative level, ensuring timely feedback is delivered to all involved stakeholders and applicants
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees
  • Promote company’s reputation as "best place to work"

Requirements and skills required:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (a mix of in-house recruiter and agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
