An opportunity has arisen for a Reward Analyst to join a fast-paced retail team, focusing primarily on compensation and benefits within the Human Resources department.

Description

  • Supporting the design, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programmes.
  • Analysing compensation data for trends and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Assisting in the management of the annual pay review process.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice.
  • Collaborating with HR and finance teams on compensation and benefits issues.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of reward-related data within the HR system.
  • Preparing reports and presentations on compensation and benefits findings.
  • Contributing to various HR projects as required.

Profile

A successful Reward Analyst should have:

  • A degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis with a strong numerical aptitude.
  • Expertise in HR systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices within the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
