Join a dynamic fast-growing business with a mix of remote IT staff and central operational staff in SE1. As part of a small HR team, you will be responsible for providing HR advisory services, support on employee relations cases, employee engagement and talent management. Work with a great manager, super down to earth, door always open - deputise as required.

You’ll need to have proven experience in an all-round HR role with CIPD level 5. You’ll be the kind of person that can engage with employees of the business whilst providing knowledge and support. Organisation and people skills are key to this fast-paced HR Advisory role.

Main duties:

  • Advise and provide guidance to managers and employees on matters relating to people policies, procedures and employment legislation as required
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with UK employment law
  • Support with the implementation of HR initiatives to drive employee engagement.
  • Provide assistance to the HR Manager and Operations Director on projects as required
  • Support with learning and talent development and succession planning
  • Help create a workplace culture that reflects company values, enhances employee engagement, and promotes satisfaction.

Who you need to be:

  • CIPD level 5 qualified with proven HR generalist experience
  • Organised, able to prioritise and multi-task
  • Fantastic communicator, great interpersonal skills able to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Ideally experience within learning and professional development
