Working for a professional body this role would suit a highly experienced Senior HR Advisor who is looking for a part-time role of 2.5days per week.

Our clients are looking for a graduate (or equivalent) who has CIPD qualifications and who is numerate with up-to-date IT skills.

As this is a senior role you will, when needed, deputise for the HR Manager but also be very 'hands-on' so a full range of HR experience will be needed.

The role will include:

  • Strategic planning, OD strategy and EDI stategy
  • Employee relations
  • Policy development
  • Management of information
  • Learning and Development - design of annual training plan
  • Recruitment and selection

Essential experience needed for this role includes:

  • Proven experience working at a similar level
  • Ability to develop and design policies, procedures and training workshops
  • Experience of analysing HR metrics
  • Report writing
  • Advise on employment issues
