An exciting opportunity is now available for a Senior Human Resources Advisor to become part one of the UK's most rapidly expanding media companies. Based in Central London, this role presents the successful Senior HR Advisor with the chance to be an integral part of a swiftly growing team and play a significant role in the Human Resources function.

What you'll do:

As a Senior HR Advisor

  • Oversee the company's recruitment process
  • Take charge of the onboarding of new staff
  • Ensure company benefits are regularly updated
  • Take charge of the offboarding of leavers
  • Responsible for the company's learning and development needs
  • Take charge of the HR elements of company ESG as well as ISO audits.
  • Assist Human Resources Director with other projects as required

What you bring:

As a Senior HR Advisor

  • Experience working within a Human Resources Department, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting with the recruitment process from start to end
  • Proactive, accountable, and reliable nature
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft suite of products (inc. Outlook)
  • Experience with BambooHR preferred but not essential

This role offers a hybrid working pattern of three days onsite in Central London and two days remote
