Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and highly regarded HR consultancy in central London (W1J). As a Senior HR Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients delivering expert HR support and tailored solutions.

This is a broad and varied position, perfect for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Audits & Compliance - Reviewing HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure best practices
  • HR Administration & Support - Acting as an outsourced HR function, managing HR and benefits administration
  • HR Systems Implementation - Setting up and maintaining HR software for clients
  • Employee Relations & Case Management - Handling grievances, disciplinaries, TUPE, and redundancy processes
  • Contracts & Agreements - Drafting and amending employment contracts and settlement agreements
  • Health & Safety - Conducting onsite health and safety assessments

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

You should have:

  • CIPD Level 5 or above (essential)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a consultancy or standalone HR Manager role
  • Strong generalist HR experience, with 5+ years in advisory or management positions
  • Experience using HR systems (Cascade Go HR experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for keeping up with employment law and HR best practices
