A leading global private aviation company are looking for a Senior Product Manager (HR) who isn’t just looking to tick boxes, but to own and shape the evolution of their HR tech stack (Workday, SuccessFactors and more). They are seeking someone that can challenge the status quo, bring fresh thinking, and drive real transformation in how they support and empower their people globally.
Senior HR Product Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and shape the HR tech product strategy and roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and challenge existing processes.
- Drive full lifecycle of product delivery – from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Use data to track product performance and drive optimisation.
- Champion the end-user experience – ensure solutions are simple and impactful.
- Mentor others and contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking culture.
Senior HR Product Manager Key Skills Required:
- Background in Business, Finance, or similar (MBA a bonus).
- Hands-on experience with HR systems – Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, ADP.
- Proven track record in transforming and modernising HR tech stacks.
- Strong Agile and product management experience.
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker with a user-first mindset.
- Natural leader – proactive, independent, and commercially aware.
