Senior HR Product Manager Key Responsibilities:

Lead and shape the HR tech product strategy and roadmap.
Identify opportunities for innovation and challenge existing processes.
Drive full lifecycle of product delivery – from ideation to launch.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance to deliver value-driven solutions.
Use data to track product performance and drive optimisation.
Champion the end-user experience – ensure solutions are simple and impactful.
Mentor others and contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking culture.

Senior HR Product Manager Key Skills Required:

Background in Business, Finance, or similar (MBA a bonus).
Hands-on experience with HR systems – Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, ADP.
Proven track record in transforming and modernising HR tech stacks.
Strong Agile and product management experience.
Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
Analytical thinker with a user-first mindset.
Natural leader – proactive, independent, and commercially aware.
