We are working with this high performing creative brand on a newly created Senior People Partner/ People Lead role. It's a super exciting and transformative time for them. There is a spotlight on all things People, Talent and Culture and huge investment in the team.
This Senior People Partner role is a highly commercial remit, with an exceptional level of autonomy and accountability. Partnering directly with HRD, with a high-profile business area of c450 you will bring a strong mix of business partnering, problem solving and coaching skills.
You will proactively orchestrate the roll out of systems, processes, and programmes to help them continuously raise the talent bar and drive the business to the next level. Line managing a small team, you will also collaborate closely with People Operations, Recruiting, Diversity Equity & Inclusion teams to ensure thoughtful, seamless solution delivery
What you will bring to the role:
- It goes without saying you will have strong experience in HR Business partnering in a highly commercial, scaling creative organisation
- You'll be massively passionate about your role in People and Culture, you'll be ahead of the curve when it comes to industry leading practice
- A track record of excellent influence and stakeholder management skills, you will take initiative and have confidence delivering under pressure
- Expertise in mentoring and developing talent to rapidly achieve growth goals.
- You'll be people-centric, super-approachable and friendly communicator who thrives getting to know people
