Senior HRIS Analyst

Our client are a global insurance business looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

As an HRIS Analyst, you will deliver a comprehensive and professional global Workday/HR technical service to managers and employees in line with Service Level Agreements.

You will support change and release management, work with HR leaders on strategic initiatives, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a functional and technical expert for Workday
  • Work with the global HRIS team to manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixes
  • Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems
  • Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB's
  • Assist with system changes and upgrades
  • Ensure Workday integration with key business systems
  • Provide training and support for stakeholders

Experience

  • Excellent knowledge of Workday, covering HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting and Time Tracking
  • Technical skills across a wide range of technology products
  • Operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysis
  • Excellent HR experience and knowledge
