Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee absence management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee relations (ER) cases, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide HR support and advice to employees and management on a range of HR issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on absence management and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
