Location: West London - 1 day at home
Temporary: Immediate start
Duration: 3-4 months
Hourly rate: £25-£30 p/h
Role Overview: Our client have engaged us to support them in finding them a People Manager to oversee to HR Advisor's and ensuring that the Employee Relations cases are managed in a timely manner, in addition they would like someone who can review current workforce planning, managing performance and ER related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex employee relations case management
- Supporting 2 HR Advisors
- Be part of workforce planning, performance management
- Support with HR strategy projects
- Working with Senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- ER case management
- Previous experience at manager level
- Experience of being involved in workforce projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
