Role Overview: Our client have engaged us to support them in finding them a People Manager to oversee to HR Advisor's and ensuring that the Employee Relations cases are managed in a timely manner, in addition they would like someone who can review current workforce planning, managing performance and ER related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Complex employee relations case management
Supporting 2 HR Advisors
Be part of workforce planning, performance management
Support with HR strategy projects
Working with Senior stakeholders

Requirements:

ER case management
Previous experience at manager level
Experience of being involved in workforce projects
Strong communication and organisational skills
