Your new companyYou will be working for a financial services firm in Central London.This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH.Your new roleYou will be working as a Temporary Talent/HR Operations Specialist for an initial period of 6 months however there is potential for this role to either extend or become permanent.You will work in the Talent Acquisition team, part of the wider Europe HR function, and will have responsibility for candidate onboarding, background screening, job opening and interview scheduling. Core Responsibilities

  • Collect and enhance job descriptions for open positions through Workday and assigns them to the relevant TA/RPO resource.
  • Support scheduling of complex interviews that cannot be handled by their interview scheduling tool, Paradox. Troubleshoot issues in Paradox and respond to candidate requests.
  • Assist with the development and support of graduate recruiting efforts, such as arranging lunch & learn sessions for Interns or managing onboarding plans.
  • Manage candidate onboarding process including contract generation, background screening, identity checks, entering candidate data to Workday, and issuing new joiner notifications.
  • Support candidates through the onboarding journey.
  • Host new joiner induction sessions.
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
