Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week from our London office (W12 7TF) and two days home based

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year

If your passion is for people, we want you to join us.We're looking for a skilled Talent Specialist to join our team at Lift Schools. We are building a network of excellent schools across England. Excellent schools need excellent leaders, alongside teachers, and support teams to deliver the very best for our children and young people. To make this happen, you will be at the heart of Lift Schools' talent team, working hand in glove with our Chief Talent Officer, Head of Teacher Development, Head of Leadership Development, our coaching faculty and HR team. This role is key to us establishing Lift Schools as the model to the sector for professional development, talent development and management.

Your skills and experience will help transform our culture.We are in a rapidly changing world where we will need to support our young people and teams to embrace new ways of working, frontier technologies and broadening digital access. To meet our ambitions requires us to become a learning organisation. This role will lead on our professional development offer with a focus on line management, interpersonal and people skills, regulatory training and the needs of our central team.

We are partnering with Google by becoming the 'world's first' in the education sector to embed artificial intelligence into the tools we use every day. We can see the potential for personalised learning to transform the outcomes for our young people and staff. This role will play an active role in the development of our learning approach, system and offer.

The role will actively support our new talent forums enabling the building and development of our talent pools in order to deliver our objectives and to drive a high-performance culture. The role will be instrumental in making an impact across the talent life cycle, from onboarding and induction onwards, so that we can become an employer of choice - somewhere where the best people strive to join and thrive when they're with us.
