We are currently seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to join our client's Central Functions - Human Resources team in London.

Role: Temp HR Administrator

Start date: ASAP

Hours: 09.30 - 17.30

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office / 2 days from home

Hourly rate: £17.58 per hour / Eqv £32,000 per annum

As a Temporary HR Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering accurate HR administration across all disciplines and providing excellent first-line support to our client's business. Your role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Providing first-line support to the business on various HR tasks such as joiners and leavers administration, benefit administration, payroll processing, and employee changes.
  • Managing maternity/paternity and other family-friendly policies, promotions processes, absence management, and annual leave.
  • Assisting with HR projects, leading elements of them when appropriate.
  • Maintaining accurate employee data and producing timely MI for HR Business Partners and Business Line Heads.
  • Supporting the review, design, and implementation of HR administration processes.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate information on our client's HR Department's intranet pages.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Educated to A level or equivalent, with a part or full CIPD qualification being an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using PeopleSoft, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and HR databases.
  • Experience working with HR-related software and systems.
  • Previous administration experience in an HR environment is desirable, along with a good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines and performance targets.
  • Knowledge of professional services industry and/or multi-site background would be advantageous.
