Job Title: Wellbeing Associate/Partner Duration: 30th June 2025

Location: London

Purpose of JobWork in partnership with the Head of Diversity and Inclusion to implement the Group's Wellbeing strategy across Europe, Middle East & Africa.In order to perform the key duties of the role, the role holder will be required to build effective relationships and provide expertise to a wide range of people including, but not limited to:* Business leaders in the Bank across EMEA.* Wider HR team including Benefits, HR Business Partners, Global HR Department and EMEA HR leaders* STPD-Communications* Culture Champions and Mental Health First Aider Community* External vendors and networking groups* The role is based in London but accountable for supporting wellbeing interventions across EMEAAccountabilities & Responsibilities* Project manage completion of external Wellbeing assessment* Support the identification of Wellbeing learning needs and work undertaken with Learning and Development team members on professional development strategy, including our manager development programme.* Coordinate and maintain regular communication tools, including the Wellbeing pages on both our internal and external websites, newsletters and other communications and contribute to external communications supporting our Employee Value Proposition.* Form collaborative and trusted relationships with business managers and HR partners to support the identification and execution of agreed local Wellbeing priorities across EMEA* Support our Mental Health First Aider community ensuring their activities are within the scope of the MHFA role and aligned to the wider Wellbeing strategy.* Work collaboratively with the other members of the D&I Team to ensure Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing priorities are delivered holistically to drive maximum impact.* Support the measurement of progress, demonstrating the impact of Wellbeing interventions.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications* Knowledge and interest in the current and future Wellbeing priorities facing employers and evidence of commitment to personal development.* Analytical with an ability to use data and insights to turn into a supporting narrative and support for decision-making.* Able to build trust, be credible and have the desire to drive continuous improvement.* Project management experience and the ability to ensure timely delivery against set milestones* Influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal, with good problem- solving and creative-thinking abilities* Previous experience in a People-related discipline role (HR/Talent/Learning & Development/Employee Relations/D&I) or a People-related qualification is desirable
