Smile Digital are pleased to be working with an up-and-coming full-service agency, seeking an experienced Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role within the agency, collaborating with departmental internal teams to provide marketing solutions for all client needs and goals. You will enjoy the responsibility of leading on Client Strategy and being their point of contact, representing them at internal meetings to ensure their goals are being met.
You will be joining a values driven company, that are passionate about working with clients across Tech4Good and charities.

What you'll do as an Account Manager:
- Act as the strategic point of contact for clients, leading on workshops and planning sessions
- Ensure all internal strategies align with client goals, branding and marketing position
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Regularly report strategic insights and performance metrics to clients
- Create a strong relationship with clients to be viewed as an agency partner
- Develop measurement frameworks to track progress as well as refining strategies based on data and trends
What you'll bring as an Account Manager:
- 4+ years experience in strategic marketing
- Agency experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing
- Expertise in communication
- Strong analytical skills
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred
