Our client, a global consultancy, is currently looking for of a Microsoft Dynamics Sales Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be worked on a hybrid basis with time split between our clients London office, home and customer sites where needed.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Dynamics 365 and associated services to mid and large enterprise customers. The primary function of this role is to generate new business from our existing installed base, develop a pipeline of new opportunities, and nurture them to successful closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business from existing installed base customers in the mid to large enterprise segment.
- Build a pipeline of opportunities, identify incremental projects to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify potential customers, qualify them based on their likelihood to purchase, and nurture the relationship to move them to successful closure.
- Build strategic partnerships with customers and ensure C-suite relationships are secured.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in selling Dynamics 365.
- Ability to create market and drive demand.
- Highly collaborative and able to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable ability to strategically sell, understanding the customer's business, their needs, and their goals, and aligning the sales approach accordingly.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs.
