Role Overview:
- Act as the main point of contact for London-based clients of approximately 40 clients , offering expertise in Cloud and Infrastructure solutions.
- Build strong client relationships, offering technical guidance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure fast, effective resolution of issues.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in technical support or account management in a MSP business
- Proven track record in Cloud and Infrastructure.
- Strong communicator with a client-focused approach
- Ability to build long term client relationships
- Proven results in adding value by offering solutions to clients
