  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure fast, effective resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in technical support or account management in a MSP business
  • Proven track record in Cloud and Infrastructure.
  • Strong communicator with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to build long term client relationships
  • Proven results in adding value by offering solutions to clients
