An Artificial Intelligence (AI) company are looking for a Technical Account Manager to play a major part in the development and implementation of their AI solutions to enhance customer experience and improve satisfaction.

You'll have 3+ years of experience in a client facing role with a working understanding of data science, strong mathematical skills and an ability to develop lasting client relationships to join their team as they expand the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management
  • Respond in a timely way to product and client related inquiries.
  • Help to implement and launch client projects.
  • Inform and advise clients about the AI solution and its potential uses.
  • Document customer needs and report customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.

Skills

  • 3 years minimum of experience in an account management/technical support role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Maths, Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite, and CRM Management.
  • Some understanding of Python and JSON is beneficial not essential
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence principles
