Job Overview

Young Living Europe is seeking a CRM/Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the development and optimization of our new Customer Data Platform (CDP) across 13 languages and multiple EMEA markets. This role focuses on driving automated marketing campaigns through multiple channels, including email, SMS, web push, and web personalization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of automated campaigns, segmentation strategies, data analysis, and reporting, while working closely with various teams to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

CDP Development & Integration: Lead the development of our new Customer Data Platform (CDP) across multiple EMEA markets, ensuring it is tailored to specific business needs and languages with focus on automation.

Campaign Setup & Optimization: Set up and optimize automated marketing campaigns using CDP tools, including email, SMS, web push notifications, and web personalisation. Monitor and adjust campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Campaign Monitoring: Regularly monitor ongoing campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization based on performance.

A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests for email, SMS, and web push campaigns to ensure the highest possible engagement and conversion.

Database Management: Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of customer data within the CDP.

Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports on all email campaign performance, segmentation effectiveness, and other key metrics to stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Segmentation: Manage data analysis, segmentation, and targeting for automated campaigns. Ensure that the segmentation strategy aligns with customer behaviour, type, business needs and preferences.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with teams including Business Development Managers, Web, IT, and Customer Service to integrate CDP system and ensure effective communication strategies. Collaborate with teams to develop the best approaches for segmentation and campaign optimisation.

Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and support the Email Marketing Specialist who is responsible for email setup and execution. Provide guidance and mentorship to help them succeed in their role and optimize campaigns.

Proactive Channel Development: Take a leadership role in developing and enhancing the marketing automation channel, working proactively to overcome challenges and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience

CRM & CDP Platforms: Proven experience working with CRM and CDP platforms such as DotDigital, Salesforce, Marketo, Bloomreach, or similar tools.

Campaign Experience: 2-3 years of experience in creating and optimizing automated marketing campaigns, with a track record of success in customer retention and engagement.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with marketing automation software, basic understanding of Webhooks, and knowledge on how to set up triggers and work with event-based automation.

Customer Journey Mapping: Experience in creating data-driven customer journey maps that help guide automated campaigns and improve customer interactions.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong ability to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive campaign success, including identifying segmentation opportunities and targeting strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience

MLM Experience: Experience working with MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) companies, with an understanding of customer levels, hierarchies, and how to tailor campaigns for different segments.

Experience in Wellness and Beauty: Experience working in the wellness, beauty, or personal care industries is a plus, with a deep understanding of customer behaviour, trends, and the specific marketing strategies that resonate with these audiences.
