Job Summary: IT Audit Assistant Manager
Perm full time
Location: London (Hybrid: 1–2 days onsite weekly)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Overview:
An exciting opportunity to join a growing IT Assurance team as an Assistant Manager, delivering high-quality IT audit and assurance services. You’ll work on IT External Audit Support, SOC 1/SOC 2 engagements, IT Internal Audit, and more, while gaining exposure to innovative AI and data analytics tools. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute IT consulting and assurance projects, including risk assessments and audits.
- Collaborate with finance auditors to test and evaluate automated controls.
- Draft reports with practical recommendations for clients.
- Assist in the development of IT assurance methodologies and training.
- Work on engagements involving ITGC, ITAC, SOC 1/SOC 2, and operational resilience reviews.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT audits across multiple engagements.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, processes, risks, and controls.
- Familiarity with business systems, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CISA) and experience with SOC/ISO attestations are a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
