Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • Job Description: As a QA Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all QA activities across the Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementation. You will own the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, from planning to execution and reporting, ensuring that all business requirements are met with the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and coordinate all QA activities across the Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementation.
    • Own the end-to-end UAT process, from planning to execution and reporting.
    • Engage with internal stakeholders to define and validate test scenarios against business requirements.
    • Ensure quality alignment and integration between internal and external testing teams.
    • Monitor and enforce QA best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Identify and resolve QA-related issues, risks, or blockers early.
    • Provide clear and actionable QA reports and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ideal Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Test Lead or QA Manager in complex digital transformation projects.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
    • Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams.
    • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to driving quality outcomes.
    • Experience working with Dynamics 365 Omnichannel or Contact Centre applications.
    • Understanding of QA processes in both Agile and traditional project delivery environments.
