Role Overview:
Onboarding AnalystAs an Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for getting new clients up and running on our platform. Working with a team of analysts and software developers, you will analyse client data, validate analytics, and configure the product to meet their specific needs, ensuring they can rely on the platform to run their business effectively. Every client has a unique setup, which makes every onboarding project a unique challenge.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Setting up a range of user functionality for the purposes of margin management.

Analysing trade portfolios to identify the data needed for calculations.

Testing the product for each new client to ensure analytics are accurate.

Collaborating with clients to understand how to deliver maximum value to them as quickly as possible.
