Financial Systems Implementation Director - London - Hybrid - six figure package

This is a crucial role in the roll out of workday across multiple international businesses, with a grounding in finance and accountancy followed by experience gained in a change role with significant experience of an / multiple ERP's systems.

With 1 direct report which is likely to grow you will be responsible for engaging across the business to understand existing platforms and how to integrate workday.

At initial stages of the rollout this is a long term permanent role that will continue to evolve as the business grows further.

Already shown rapid revenue growth since 2018 this is a business that continues to expand at a rapid rate.

You will need strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise across the whole finance function and understand what they need from the system.

You will head up the strategy for the rollout, implementation and share knowledge with your peers, stakeholders and wider teams.

  • Finance & Accountancy grounding
  • ERP system implementation (workday would be hugely beneficial but not essential)
  • Finance qualification
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience of managing a team
