IT Project Manager / Business Analyst
4 Days P/W Home-Based, up to 1 Day p/w Central London

40,000 - 45,000 + Benefits

Are you skilled in IT Project Management and Business Analysis and seeking a new, predominantly home-based role? We're seeking a motivated individual to join a leading travel insurance group headquartered in London.

The successful candidate will support the IT Delivery Manager, working on a wide portfolio of IT and Digital-related projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a range of IT and digital projects
  • Work closely with third party suppliers
  • Support business stakeholders
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements
  • Produce & manage project documentation and plans
  • Manage and report on risks, issues, costs, and benefits
  • Prioritise features and resources to deliver against the product roadmap

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in a similar role (Project Coordinator / Project Manager / Business Analyst)
  • Able to understand and communicate at a technical level, including all parts of the software development lifecycle, SDLC
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Project Management Tools, and Bug Tracking software
  • Experience managing projects related to IT, web-based systems, and applications
  • Experience of the responsibilities of a BA (e.g. requirements gathering)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of project management approaches, principles, and practices
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in creating business system documentation
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritise competing work streams

This is a varied and fast-paced role working in a small, friendly team, delivering projects through external partners.
