Lead Business Analyst
My client, a leading player in the financial services sector, is seeking a driven and proactive Lead Business Analyst to join their team in Northampton (hybrid, 3 days per week). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major Salesforce transformation program, including the development of a new client self-service portal.
The successful candidate will lead a scrum team of 7, facilitating daily stand-ups, and collaborating closely with developers, testers, and the Learning and Development team. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to have technical conversations with developers.
This role requires someone with initiative and a willingness to take ownership, providing support to scrum masters and driving the team forward. While support will be provided, the ideal candidate should not be afraid to make decisions and learn from any mistakes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to facilitate technical discussions.
- Ability to run scrum team and lead daily stand ups.
Salary: Up to £70,000
Interview Process:
- Stage 1: Teams interview with 2 Lead Business Analysts.
- Stage 2: Onsite interview with the Head of Change and Project Manager.
