LEAD DIGITAL ANALYST - LONDON

THE COMPANY
I am supporting a high-growth, globally reaching telco business on a key Digital Analytics hire.
THE ROLE
The successful Lead Digital Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and refine all tagging operations across five countries, ensuring all data from their web and app is accurately captured and available for analysis
- Be the go-to expert for data accuracy, ensuring all web and app analytics data is correct and actionable
- Support Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives, facilitating A/B tests across countries and using Adobe Target to measure the effectiveness of personalised journeys
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and drive alignment across regional teams to support their analytics needs
- Deliver insights into user journeys, ensuring personalised experiences based on customer types
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Lead Digital Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Hands-on experience with GA4, particularly in trial or experimental setups
- Experienced in GTM, with expertise in advanced tagging and troubleshooting for multiple countries or large accounts.
- Knowledge of Adobe Target for A/B testing and experience with Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing at a senior level
THE BENEFITS
