Higher Education - £530 per day Inside IR35
Our Higher Education client now has a fantastic opportunity for a Power BI Senior Analyst to join them on a 6-month contract assignment. This is a great role for a talented professional to support a globally recognised institution.
The Power BI Senior Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of a new platform within the team. A background of both data modelling and a developer would allow you to excel from day 1 in this position!
You will be part of a Agile team and writing user stories and refining them as they go. You will also be tasked with developing complex visulisations independently, and conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements to translate them into technical designs.
Key Skills:
- Must have: In-depth knowledge of designing and developing visualizations using relevant reporting platforms such as SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence (BI) platform, Tableau, and MS PowerBI
- Microsoft Fabric knowledge would be an advantage but not a must
- Demonstrable experience of implementing a Reporting platform on-prem or cloud
- Higher education experience (advantageous)
- Significant experience and in-depth knowledge of creating Data Models and structures using Snowflake, Business objects universes (UDT/IDT), Tableau and associated design principles standards, Data modelling concepts, steps of reports production process.

Rate: £530 per day Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Location: Hybrid/Central London (1/2 day per week on site)
