Role Overview:

As the Product Implementation Manager for ClearAccept, you will oversee the integration of our payments platform, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality adoption by ClearCourse group companies, independent software vendors (ISVs), and other partners. This role requires technical expertise and strong stakeholder management skills, as you’ll be guiding both technical and business teams through the integration and certification processes. You’ll be responsible for managing developer documentation, creating user guides, and supporting the rollout of new features to internal and external stakeholders.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Leading integration sessions for new platforms and customers, establishing feature sets and timelines, and addressing technical questions with support from tech teams and Product Managers
  • Developing and maintaining up-to-date integration and certification documentation
  • Tracking feature adoption and performance, providing insights to drive product roadmap enhancements
  • Creating and updating user guides, FAQs, and support content for both customers and internal teams
  • Managing and updating third-party plugins like Magento and WooCommerce, ensuring feature compatibility

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience working with API-based products and technical understanding of payments in digital and in-person channels
  • Ability to read and understand code (e.g., JavaScript)
  • Proven experience in writing technical documentation and using content management tools (e.g., Contentful, MarkDoc)
  • Proficiency with product ticketing software (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, JIRA) and collaborative documentation tools (e.g., Confluence)
  • Strong product implementation or customer support background
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
