Senior Business Analyst - IT Infrastructure & Configuration Management

- Up to £75,000 - dependent on experience
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business analyst who has a strong background in IT infrastructure and configuration management to join a successful nationwide organisation that prioritise internal development opportunities, employee well-being and a healthy work-life balance.
In this role, you will work closely with clients, senior stakeholders and technical teams to analyse requirements and ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes whilst using provided services and products. You will also need to call upon your technical expertise as well as your customer service management experience to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, & growth.
Required Experience:
- Extensive experience within customer facing roles - with demonstrable experience of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical people
- Strong knowledge & understanding of IT Infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, and cloud environments)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Chef Inspect, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Service Asset & Configuration Management
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components (Unix, Windows operating systems, middleware, applications servers, databases, and security products)
- Knowledge of configuration management and automation tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and virtualisation technologies
