Business Analyst - Leading Fashion Retailer in UK

London Based - 4x a week in office based in central London

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Understanding, documenting, and analysing business requirements. Translating those requirements into technical analysis and functionality for projects
  • Ownership of documentation of the new software changes and new business processes
  • Conduct testing of IT retail business application changes including the design and execution of repeatable test scripts
  • Management and collaboration with project stakeholders of all levels
  • Manage new system releases including monitoring of system changes, issue reporting and issue resolution
  • Contribute to IT governance including the management of change requests in the IT retail business applications space and the creation /execution of repeatable project and support processes
  • Create and maintain user support documentation
  • Training of users in new functionality and the creation of training material
  • Maintain a close working relationship with 3rd party software vendors
  • Senior analysis in the support of business applications including in critical incidents
