Business Analyst - Public Sector - SC Clearance - outside IR35

This is a critical role where you will play a key part in delivering data-driven solutions to support the organisation's strategic objectives. Working within a fast-paced and changing environment, you will use your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Due to the nature and urgency of the role we are looking to engage Business Analysts who ideally hold current SC clearance.

• Conduct detailed data analysis and create data models to support project objectives.
• Use tools such as Excel, Power Query, and Power Automate to manage and transform data.
• Work closely with developers and data engineers to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, present insights, and ensure project alignment.
• Deliver high-quality documentation and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data analysis and modelling.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power Automate is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Current SC clearance is preferred due to the urgency and nature of the project.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
