Partner Interim are working with a private equity backed e-commerce business to find a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support the implementation of Oracle NetSuite within our eCommerce business. Reporting into the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and ensuring the solution aligns with operational needs. This position requires a strong understanding of business systems and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business and functional requirements for the Oracle NetSuite implementation.
  • Analysing current business processes and identify areas for improvement to maximise efficiency with the new ERP system.
  • Supporting the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Assisting in the design, configuration, and customisation of Oracle NetSuite to meet business needs.
  • Developing detailed documentation, including process maps, business requirement documents and functional specifications.
  • Working with technical teams to ensure successful data migration and integration with existing systems.
  • Participating in testing phases, including creating test cases, conducting user acceptance testing, and documenting results.
  • Providing post-implementation support, including training and troubleshooting for end-users.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst supportingOracle NetSuite implementations, preferably within an eCommerce environment
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in business process modelling and requirements analysis.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Experience with data migration, system integrations, and UAT processes.
