Contract Business Analyst - Cloud Infrastructure Project (Inside IR35) - Available Immediately - 1-2 days on site (London)

Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for your next challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to join a dynamic team working on a transformative cloud infrastructure project. This contract is inside IR35, and a hybrid work environment with one/two days a week in London.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the governance processes and ensuring the smooth delivery of key projects. As part of the wider business transformation team, you'll work closely with project sponsors, managers, and stakeholders to ensure critical data is captured and shared effectively. You'll be responsible for managing reporting dashboards that provide valuable insights for decision-making at a senior level, while also contributing to the overall success of the change portfolio.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys collaborating to solve complex problems. You'll be expected to hit the ground running, bringing your expertise to streamline processes and support the governance structure.

You need to have good experience working as a BA/PM - ideally within financial organisations and being able to demonstrate experience with cyber projects will stand you in good stead with this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance Support: Help maintain and improve governance structures and assist with future process implementation.
  • Data & Reporting: Capture project data and create reporting dashboards that will be used for strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project sponsors and key stakeholders to understand project status, gather requirements, and provide timely updates.
  • Ad-hoc Project Support: Assist with various tasks related to the business transformation portfolio, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excel Mastery: Advanced skills in Excel are essential, alongside proficiency with Power BI and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are key, as you'll be working with diverse stakeholders to gather information and articulate project needs clearly.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive and confident in addressing challenges and finding solutions.
  • Project Management Experience: Previous experience in project or program management is highly beneficial, and any exposure to governance structures will be an advantage.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
