Description

The Graduate Analyst role will entail:

  • Manage the daily operations and maintenance of multiple exchange platforms.
  • Provide first-line support by answering calls, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary.
  • Monitor and enhance security reference data for admissions, withdrawals, and amendments of securities.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Compliance, Infrastructure, and Sales to ensure seamless platform operations.
  • Create and deploy necessary changes, troubleshoot issues, and compile outage reports for incidents.

Profile

The ideal Graduate Analyst candidate will have a technical degree, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Unix/Linux servers. They should have a strong understanding of UK and EU equity markets, and excellent communication skills. Prior scripting experience and familiarity with version control tools like G.I.T are also beneficial.
