Job Title: Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 CE Implementation

Job Description:
Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our client's team for a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementation project. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major system transformation within a leading Property Group's organisation based in London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of Dynamics CE, working closely with stakeholders to meet business needs and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Involvement:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements for the Dynamics CE implementation.
- Work alongside project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure that solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to elicit and validate requirements.
- Process Analysis:
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and document new business processes and workflows to be implemented with Dynamics CE.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for project stakeholders and senior management.
- Testing and Validation:
- Define and execute test plans and test cases to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that feedback is incorporated into the final product.
- Training and Support:
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CE post-implementation.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in Dynamics CE implementation projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Dynamics CE and its components.
- Proficient in business process mapping and requirements documentation.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
