Overview: Robert Half is partnering with a premier media company to find an experienced Business Analyst for a Dynamics 365 implementation project. This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative within a dynamic and creative environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency through the deployment of Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with key stakeholders within the media company to gather and document business requirements specific to the Dynamics 365 implementation.
- Analyse existing business processes within the organisation, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and use cases.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the Dynamics 365 solution aligns with business needs and objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and clarity on project deliverables.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful adoption and integration of Dynamics 365.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in implementing ERP/CRM solutions such as Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly within the media or related industries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in leading workshops, creating detailed documentation, and managing project timelines.
