Our client is expanding its IT services and is in need of a proactive IT Change Analyst to join their team. Whether you're an experienced IT Change Analyst or eager to step into this role, this is your opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of IT changes within a forward-thinking global law firm.

The Opportunity As an IT Change Analyst, you'll work alongside the IT Change and Release Manager to facilitate and chair change advisory board (CAB) meetings, ensuring compliance with change management processes and policies. You'll continually review change management practices for service improvement opportunities. This role offers the chance to collaborate with diverse teams, including senior management, project managers, and technical staff, to deliver business-led initiatives successfully.

Key Skills Needed

  • Proactive and motivated with great attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework or willingness to learn
  • Previous exposure to IT change management or service management
