IT Commercial Analyst

Leading entrepreneurial international law firm seeks an IT Commercial Analyst to provide support a digital transformation on a 6-month FTC.

IT Commercial Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day IT purchases
  • Arrange NDAs, support tenders, and pro-actively monitor active contracts
  • Monitors and maintains financial records to agreed requirements for compliance and audit
  • Supporting procurement processes, e.g. RFIs, RFPs, and coordinating tender document reviews
  • Contributing to the development of new procurement processes and introduction of a procurement system

IT Commercial Analyst Key Skills & Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role in a comparable organisation or technology supplier
  • Solid financial and/or commercial qualifications, with an excellent grasp of budget management and procurement in a technology function or supplier
  • Able to manage stakeholders’ expectations when working to deadlines
  • Professional manner with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
