Privileged Access Management Business Analyst

What you'll be doing:

  • The PAM Operations SME will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of PAM systems, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of privileged access management processes across the business.
  • The role will work closely with IT and Security teams to integrate PAM solutions with existing and new systems.
  • Administer and support the client's PAM systems, including tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, One Identity, HiPAM
  • Perform regular health checks, updates, and patches for PAM solutions.
  • Identify and remediate risks associated with privileged access.
  • Ensure the PAM environment aligns with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).

What experience you'll bring:

  • Prior experience in IT security, identity, and access management roles.
  • Hands-on experience with PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, including Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation purposes.
  • Experience in regulated environments such as finance, healthcare, or government would be beneficial
